Jewish propagandists are still obsessed with europeans having authoritarian views because of the rise of fascism and Nazism up to ww2, but in reality they are every bit as authoritarian so long as they are in charge, they just have to be more careful and discreet about it because numbers wise they are a small minority and most of their goals do not align with or benefit the majority of people, unlike the fascism of the 1930s, which arose largely through populist movements.

As for tobacco, I think they are largely indifferent to it. It is clearly damaging to the body but they still promote vaping as a gateway to weed/drug use, which again makes a population more apathetic and harmless.
