Are CAIS male or female? by [deleted] in GenderCritical

I have read CAIS individuals do not have ovaries: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complete_androgen_insensitivity_syndrome#Physical

The gonads in these women are not ovaries, but instead, are testes; during the embryonic stage of development, testes form in an androgen-independent process that occurs due to the influence of the SRY gene on the Y chromosome.

Immature sperm cells in the testes do not mature past an early stage, as sensitivity to androgens is required in order for spermatogenesis to complete

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/androgen-insensitivity-syndrome/symptoms/

Girls with CAIS do not have a womb or ovaries

If CAIS individuals do not have ovaries, and have testes or penises instead, as said above, they are not girls, women, or female. They are boys, men or male.

They happen to "pass as" women on the outside. But they are not female.

Do individuals with CAIS have female sex organs? Or do they have male sex organs? by HOWABOUTNO in GenderCritical

And I think there is a condition where someone with male genitals has uterus. It's called Persistent Müllerian duct syndrome: https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/condition/persistent-mullerian-duct-syndrome/#:~:text=Persistent%20M%C3%BCllerian%20duct%20syndrome%20is,which%20are%20female%20reproductive%20organs%20.

Persistent Müllerian duct syndrome is a disorder of sexual development that affects males. Males with this disorder have normal male reproductive organs , though they also have a uterus and fallopian tubes, which are female reproductive organs

I remember watching a little briefing on CAIS and if I remember correctly, they do possess female sex organs. The complication that comes up with them is that they are also born with internal gonads but they're non-functional and are dormant.

I don't think there's been a condition where a person born with male genitalia, was also born with a uterus.

[–]penelopepnortney[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

From the article (bold added):

This is the first of a two-part series on the causes of America’s decline—economic, industrial, social, spiritual—and on the thinking of two prominent intellectuals who address themselves to remedies.

.

I do not believe that civilizations have to die because civilization is not an organism. It is a product of wills.

—Arnold J. Toynbee

The U.S. currently exhibits multiple signs of national senescence to state the obvious. On the domestic front, the decay includes: a failed response to the Covid–19 pandemic, a pandemic of prescription drug overdoses-and a grotesque judicial settlement protecting the perpetrators, a catastrophic drought in the western half of the country and catastrophic storms elsewhere, infrastructure decay, extreme income inequality, a rent-extracting healthcare system that is one of the worst performing in the Western world, and a hollowed out industrial base.

.

Professor Galbraith’s explanation of U.S. decline is nothing if not comprehensive. He finds the root cause in the economic sphere, generated by a set of interlinking factors. Galbraith accompanies his exploration of the economics of decline with a short set of measured, New Deal-style, risk-averse prescriptions for reversing it. All this is laid out in The End of Normal: The Great Crisis and the Future of Growth (Simon & Schuster, 2014), a work concerned primarily with the U.S. case.

.

Peter Thiel, a venture capitalist and billionaire, focuses on U.S. and (more broadly) Western decline. He, too, offers an economic explanation for America’s condition... Thiel’s thesis is rooted primarily in technological stagnation. But his proposal for reversing America’s decline transcends the economic and technological spheres to incorporate cultural and psychological considerations. This is a strength. It is a common error to treat economics as divorced from cultural, historical, and psychological considerations. It is Thiel’s move beyond economics that, I contend, will earn his solutions acceptance in lieu of Galbraith’s. However, simply because Thiel’s proposals are more likely to gain acceptance does not mean that Thiel will be able to deliver on his promises, as his proposed policies may end up killing the very host he is trying to save. Thielian policy alone will not work. For true success, Thiel needs synthesis with time-tested, Galbraithian market intervention.

,

In Normal, Galbraith argues that there are four fundamental and interacting components to the economic decline of the U.S. The first is a choke-chain effect on economic growth, when demand for natural resources (primarily hydrocarbons) exceeds available supply. The Covid–19 crisis has altered this imbalance, but only temporarily, not structurally.

.

These fixed costs skyrocketed with the first oil shock (1973) and brought stable economic growth in the U.S. to a very abrupt halt. The two oil shocks, the second coming 1979, thus induced a period of economic uncertainty due to the decline of cheap, steady oil supplies. This was structural disruption, as against situational disruption, which is what the spread of Covid–19 faces us with today. Increased financialization and speculation characterized the economic system that evolved to cope with this reduction in opportunity for “honest profit.” Here we find the choke-chain effect: The shift toward finance capital inflated the price of scarce resources, so slamming the lid on future growth.

.

This transformation of the U.S. economy into a financialized/speculative mode is Galbraith’s second factor to explain U.S. economic decline. Here he considers the “financial casino” induced by the unstable nature of commodity prices and de-regulation. This, he argues, has resulted in chicanery not only in the commodities markets but also in the information-technology sector. Out of this came the dot.com crash in 2000 and subsequently the collapse of the once-stable U.S. mortgage market, which led to the great financial crisis of 2008. As Galbraith excellently puts it:

Fraud is a response, in short, to the failure of lenders to adjust to a decline in real possibilities.

Much, much more at the link and well worth the read. Part 1 is mostly about Galbraitih, part two will be about Thiel.

" It's come to my attention that several staff have been dismissed 'with cause' at WRH. Given that the trial data used to justify Interim Use Authorization at the federal level explicitly did not study or examine transmission benefit (or lack thereof), as a member of the lay public, I am curious as to the justification to defense that these dismissals were 'for cause'. While I am you have your own legal counsel, this is in direct opposition to the claims made by the Samfiru and Tamarkin firm, well laid out here:

https://stlawyers.ca/coronavirus-knowledge-centre/employer-mandatory-vaccinations/rbc/

While a vaccination policy has been mandated by the state, no explicit requirement in lieu of educational seminars and testing was mandated via Directive 6 except for Long Term Care Home Staff. As such, I am genuinely confused as to the assertion that these terminations and/or indefinite leave periods are justified with cause.

Lastly, given that over 50+ staff were terminated, I am very curious as to why the proper notice period of eight weeks vis-a-vis mass layoffs as laid out in the ESA have not seemingly been adhered to.

https://www.ontario.ca/document/your-guide-employment-standards-act-0/termination-employment#section-11

I deeply look forward to your response and clarification in these trying and uncertain times.

With deep regards,

The FIL stated that Kumaritashvili's death "was not caused by an unsafe track", but as a preventive measure, the walls at the exit of curve 16 were raised, and the ice profile was adjusted. Padding was also added to exposed metal beams near the finish line. Olympic officials claimed the changes were "not for safety reasons but to accommodate the emotional state of the lugers". In addition, the start of the men's luge was moved to the women's starting point, to reduce speed, while the start of the women's luge was also moved farther down the track.

It was luge's first fatality since 10 December 1975, when an Italian luger had been killed. Kumaritashvili became the fourth athlete to die during preparations for a Winter Olympics, after British luger Kazimierz Kay-Skrzypeski and Australian skier Ross Milne (both 1964 Innsbruck), and Swiss speed skier Nicolas Bochatay (1992 Albertville). He was also the 16th participating athlete to die during or in practice for a Summer or Winter Olympic Games.

West Virginia man feds allege was providing machinegun conversion units to Boogaloo adherents gets 5 years in fed prison

Timothy John Watson was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Groh for unlawful possession of silencer

From Staff Reports Oct 13, 2021

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 31-year-old Ranson man was sentenced to 5 years in prison Wednesday or unlawfully possessing a firearm silencer, U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II announced.

Timothy John Watson pleaded guilty in March to one count of possession of unregistered firearm silencer. Watson admitted to having an unregistered silencer in November in Jefferson County.

The government presented evidence Wednesday that Watson’s conduct also involved his manufacture and transfer of hundreds of machinegun conversion devices for AR-15 style rifles, also known as “drop in auto sears,” to nearly 800 individuals including individuals whom he had reason to believe were adherents to an extremist political movement referred to as “Boogaloo,” a term referencing an impending civil war or violent uprising against the government for perceived incursions on U.S. Constitutional rights, including the Second Amendment. From those sales, the FBI opened matters involving 58 individuals, resulting to date in three firearms-related arrests and one conviction. Many of the investigations remain ongoing.

Watson was ordered to forfeit the silencer, all 3D-printed items that the government will argue are machinegun conversion devices, the 3D printers, 3D printer parts, and 3D printer supplies, as well as a U.S. Postal Service package containing the same conversion devices. All items were seized during a search in November.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jarod J. Douglas and Lara Omps-Botteicher prosecuted. The FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service continues its investigation.

Chief U.S. District Judge Gina M. Groh presided.

you c*nts

Starting off strong with misogyny

being gay = attraction to the SAME gender, being attraction to OPPOSITE gender

If we’re using the trans definition of gender (i.e. a subjective feeling and/or affinity for cultural stereotypes), you’re not going to find a single gay or straight person on the planet who truly agrees with you. Even people who pretend to aren’t going to sleep with a member of the sex to which they aren’t attracted. Even trans people will find excuses to not have sex with members of the sex to which they aren’t attracted.

you just have ingrained transphobic views

You just have ingrained homophobic and, dare I say it, heterophobic views.

instead of making me feel invalid, WORK ON YOURSELF

Perhaps you should work on yourself instead of demanding the entire world bend to your internal self-perception.

you’re basically telling me that you still consider ME A MAN (:

Welcome to reality, dude. No one actually believes you’re a woman. (Hell, you don’t even believe it because you flip out on Twitter every time you remember you aren’t.) Everyone is playing a “polite” pretend game with you.

Friday’s incident comes three months after a British destroyer sailed into Russian waters off the coast of Crimea. The HMS Defender planned the stunt to demonstrate the UK's belief that the peninsula was part of Ukraine. The Russian Navy responded with warning shots and sending interceptor jets, and the Kremlin said that the next such provocation would be met with live fire.

Socks never misrepresented himself

Not true, "socks" falsely presents himself as an egalitarian who equally loves/hates all races and is merely against "racial injustice" and "racial hatred/supremacy", but in practice he's just anti-white, since he'll automatically take the 180 degree opposite side of what's good for whites in any argument, pathologize ingroup preference from whites and whites only, and scapegoat whites for all evil in the world. That's definitely misrepresenting yourself, and it's exactly the same as with any other woke reddit leftist/shitlib.

That makes no sense. You're "creeped out" just because I ask why you keep promoting your gold star vag like it's a badge of honour that we should care about?

You could declare any other feature but you focus on that. You could be a race, from a nation, a height, age, have disabilities, abilities, issues, whatever - but you keep dwelling on that one. It's getting boring. I don't care, and I won't care, unless you make me care. I'm just curious. Are you making noise for no reason, or are you seeking a specific kind of attention/reaction on a mostly anon global forum?

Many subs. And posts got deleted for various reasons. Often they would get deleted by AI. If not then the moderators will come and delete my post because "it is the wrong subreddit for it". Honestly, given that most subreddits have pages worth of vague and arbitrary posting rules, most of my posts got deleted during this stage. The rare few that got past might get deleted the moment I write something other people dislike and my karma plummets...or the moderators personally remove my thread because my opinions are controversial.

I once wrote an essey about my experience with British education system, where in my list of dislikes I casually included open pro-LGBT propaganda in schools. I posted the thread on 4 or five different Britain related subreddits, and it very quickly go deleted everywhere. The funny thing that remark wasn't even the point of my essey...I was trying to get people to explain to me the upsides which I missed.

There's some info missing here. I assume you mean a petition to have sex reassignment surgery covered by government insurance? I suggest the best strategy is to non-judgementally ask questions about the petition. What procedures does 'gender affirmation' entail? At what ages? Are there clinical studies? Hey, look, did you see this thing about the Tavistock, and all these pediatric gender clinics that are now moving away from puberty blockers and the 'affirmation model'?

All drugs, herbal remedies, and even some foods, have potential side effects. The few instances of blood clots occured with only one of the vaccines, for a few people under the age of 30, and when discovered, the vaccine was suspended for patients under 30. Studies continue for this version of the vaccine. Of the 6.6 billion shots administered, only a very small number of people - perhaps a couple dozen - were recorded with blood clot problems, which may indicate an allergy or something else odd. More information, here. None of this represents political or personal views. I am merely copying here what I've read about the medical science.
