I'll try to answer the quesitons, as I see others haven't:

(1) Indeed, I think there is no threat of long term damage to white supremacists. (2) If the white supremacists come in contact with non-whites they should be OK. And one could argue that their access only to other whites could reduce their abilities to cope when they accidentlally come in contect with non-whites.

I think the daily barrage of racist social media by far right-supporting groups has a following that wants to see that the inclusion of non-whites in any group is somehow bad. It's this kind of 'emotivism' that motivates on a daily bases additional hatred of the 'other' in a time of increasing severe income inequality, where wealthy groups are funding hatred campaigns.

Here's a recent example that a recently founded far right propaganda broadcaster - GB News - is primarly focused on hatred of the other: GB News broadcasts half of all UK stories about Muslims, analysis shows

The bigger picture is that wealthy groups try to divert the attention away from severe income inequality by brainwashing the masses into believing tha their enemies are actually the people who don't look the same as the majority 'white' population (81% white in the UK).
